Training Methods Policy

I understand that Kelly's Canine Base practices and condones only humane force-free, science-based training methods and behavior modification. I understand and agree that Kelly's Canine Base will only train with me with the express understanding that at no time while using services at Kelly's Canine Base will I use any techniques, protocols, tools, and/or devices not approved by Kelly's Canine Base.

Vaccinations

Kelly's Canine Base requires a proof of current Rabies (except for puppies younger than 4 months), DHPP, and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations before dogs join group classes. I understand that it is my responsibility to keep my pet or pets current on vaccinations and to provide Kelly's Canine Base with updated copies of vaccinations. Kelly's Canine Base will accept titer tests for distemper and parvo.

Media and Publicity Release

I grant permission to Kelly's Canine Base, its agents and employees and to any person, company or organization that Kelly's Canine Base may designate or authorize, to take photographs, audio recording, or videos of myself, my dog, and anyone whom I bring to the facility during rental. This consent includes the use of such photographs, audio recording, or films with or without my name or biographical data concerning me by Kelly's Canine Base or another party on its behalf, without limitation as to time or frequency of use, for any or all of the following purposes: 1. Release to media including newspapers and television, 2. Educational or instructional purposes, 3. Publicity, and 4. Kelly's Canine Base publications, presentations, and related uses such as web content, social media and emails.
